For very high volume applications (10,000 – 1M EAU), we offer high pressure die casting in both aluminum and magnesium alloys.

• 20 high pressure die cast machines
• 300 ton – 1000 ton capability
• 380, 383, 416, 360 and proprietary alloys poured
• 40 CNC machines under the same roof, offering integrated turning and milling capability
• Parts up to 15lb in weight
• CMM, X-ray, spectrometer, surface profile measurements, microscopy and polishing lab
